A wide range of responsibilities came to me in the form of a new program with Sam’s Club. The “Confident Remodels” program required the design of a new branding package, paired with the creation of a website, marketing, customer, & provider facing emails, flyers, business cards, appointment cards, and table cloths. I was the lead in prototyping and testing the website in Adobe XD; and led the development team in the implementation of those prototypes and custom graphics. Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio I also created the email templates for our transactional emails to support the program.
